- Some contractors do not carry insurance putting the client at risk.
- Blocking between studs for extra support. The studs make it easy to hang heavy pictures, shelves, and mirrors.
- We cover roof sheeting a soon as possible with tar paper to protect the OSB board until permanent roof is installed. Sheeting is protected from rain and stops the swelling of seams that have been exposed to moisture.
- Drywall anchors must be used which may not hold.
- Sheeting that is exposed to unfavorable weather can cause swelling in seams and causes roof to buckle.
